组织公民行为在四种组织文化类型下的差异研究

摘    要:以大连市内七个企业的221名员工为样本,通过问卷调查,获得组织文化和组织公民行为数据,对组织公民行为数据运用主成分分析法提取五个共同因素,通过单因素方差分析法,考察不同组织文化类型下组织公民行为的差异.结果发现,不同组织文化类型中组织公民行为存在显著差异,活力型组织文化下组织公民行为表现低于其他三种组织文化类型.

Abstract:The authors have obtained the data of the organization culture and the organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) by questionnaire based on 221 employees from 7 corporations in Dalian.The principal component analysis method is used to get five common components from OCB data.This paper analyzes the differentiation of OCB under different types of organization culture using monofactorial variance analysis method.The analytical result is as follows : There is notable differentiation of OCB in different types of organization culture;and in the active culture conditions,OCB gets lower scores than the other three types of organization culture.
