| 摘 要： | 环境共同侵权行为的特殊性 ,使得其民事责任的承担显现出更为复杂的情况。为保护受害人利益 ,体现法律的公平主义 ,应以立法形式 ,确立比例分割赔偿制 ,使环境共同侵权者承担民事责任。

| Abstract: | The peculiarity of environment violating rights makes undertaking civil responsibility become complicated.In order to protect interest of aggrieved party and show fairing of law,we should estabish system of propertion-dividing compensation and make people of violating rights of environment undertake civil responsibility by the form of legislation. |
