| 摘 要： | 研究了毛泽东青年时期的人生观、价值观和实践观等自我实现论，这些理论对毛泽东一生的活动趋向和思想发展轨迹都产生了深刻的影响，指出大学生是国家重要的人才资源，处在人生观、世界观、价值观形成发展的关键时期，面对社会深刻转型、思想日益多元、技术不断变革等社会现实，深入学习青年毛泽东的自我实现论，对当代大学生的成长有很好的启发。

| Abstract: | Basing itself on the study of youth Mao Zedong's outlook on life,value and self-actualization,which exerted a tremendous influence on his lifetime tendency of political events and the development of his thoughts,this paper points out college students are the national valuable personnel resources and they are in the critical period of forming the view about life,value and the world,so studying the theory of youth Mao Zedong' s self-actualization is of great significance. |
