| 摘 要： | 透视、诠释近年来国际公共管理研究的热点问题及其发展态势,可以发现:国际公共管理概念呈扩大化趋势、国际公共管理的合法性面临挑战、国际公共管理与被管理地权力构建的矛盾凸现、国际公共管理与人权的关系复杂化、全球治理理论不断发展与完善。

| Abstract: | By observing and analyzing the heated issues and tendencies of the studies of the international public administrations in recent years,this paper finds that the conception of international public administrations is expanding,and that the legitimacy is confronted with challenge.The conflict between the international public administration and the war-torn territory is protruding.The relationship between international public administration and human rights becomes complicated,and the theory of global governance is incessantly developed and perfected. |
