区域合作背景下的东南亚华人结构性权力

东南亚华人的结构性权力来源于五个权力资源,即政治影响力、经济实力、人口、文化和族群凝聚力。在中国———东盟自由贸易区为代表的东亚区域合作的影响下,东南亚华人结构性权力会发生一些变化,表现在政治影响力得以提升,经济实力得以增强和文化优势得以体现。但是,其他族群的影响以及华人行使权力的意愿等消极因素也会对华人结构性权力产生一些制约作用,从而有碍于华人结构性权力的正常发挥。

Structural Power of Overseas Chinese under East Asia Economic Cooperation

The structural power of overseas Chinese comes from four sources: political influences, economic power, population, culture and ethnic cohesive force. Due to the East Asia cooperation, the structural power of Southeast Asia Chinese will be changed as well, with political influences being exalted, economic power being boosted up and cultural superiority being embodied. However, there are still some negative factors, such as influences of other ethnics and willingness of using power, which will be the obstacles for overseas Chinese to use their structural power.
