| Abstract: | In this paper I record the understandings which have emerged for me through facilitating a series of workshops with family therapists and social workers, designed to help let ‘secrets' about gender issues and power relations between men and women ‘out of the bag’. I outline the background to these workshops, and describe both the workshop process used and the key themes which were addressed by participants. It is written in the hope that others will be encouraged to facilitate similar workshops in one anothers' agency groups. |
