| 摘 要： | 非物质文化是一个民族价值观的反映,是民族情感的寄托,是民族精神和民族性格的体现.要使非物质文化遗产尤其是那些最能体现民族特性的原生态文化得到更科学有效的保护与传承,就必须遵循文化发展的客观规律,遵循一些基本原则,处理好一些基本关系,在了解非物质文化特点的基础上,以科学的手段和发展的眼光对待非物质文化遗产.

| Abstract: | Intangible culture is a reflection of the values of an ethnic group,the embodiment of their spirit and personality as well as feelings.The successful protection and inheritance of intangible culture,especially the original culture,must follow the objective law of cultural development and basic principles and coordinate some basic relations in an objective and scientific way. |
