| 摘 要： | 诺思以17世纪西欧各国经济社会作为研究对象,然而他的思想意义超越了时空,也唤起人们对所有权体制及其变革的思考。所有权制度不能超越"初级阶段"这个现实,应当保障个人对其投资、生产所获得的合理份额进行占有、使用、收益和处分;所有权体制无论采用什么具体形式,只要能够有效地尊重和保护个人的合法权益,它都是积极的、可取的。

The system of ownership is active and desirable, provided individual rights and interests can be safeguarded, whatever forms may be. |
