| 摘 要： | 生态资本是社会经济发展的主要要素之一，生态资本存量的非减性是保护生态环境和维持经济社会可持发展的基石。从生态资本与人力资本、物质资本和社会资本之间关系看，通过生态资本的有效运营以及相关资本运营之间相互替代和转化关系能增加生态资本的存量，有利于保护生态环境。

| Abstract: | Ecological capital is one of the main elements for social and economic development,and the non-reduction of ecological capital stock is the foundation to protect ecological environment and maintain sustainable economic and social development.This paper analyzes the relationship between ecological capital and human capital,physical capital and social capital,holding that ecological capital stock could be increased and ecological environment protected by operating ecological capital effectively and replacing and transforming related capital. |
