摘    要:甲午战后,清政府开始大规模修筑铁路,其铁路政策也由于国际、国内形势的变化,在官办与商办之间摇摆。经过多年实践,清政府对铁路的认识逐步深化,最终在1911年中止了商办铁路政策,这在当时的历史条件下,有其客观必然性和可行性。

A Trial Discussion on Private Companies Railway Policy in Late Qing

Abstract:Qing dynasty began to build railway in a large scale since the 1894 Sino-Japanese War.And the railway policies swayed between government-supervised railways and private companies due to the change of home and abroad.After many years practice,Qing dynasty gradually furthered its understanding of the railway,at last in 1911,government-supervised railways policy was established which had its objective certainty and feasibility under the historical situations.
