| 摘 要： | 从20世纪80年代开始,农民工大规模地进入城市,成为城市建设和群众生活不可或缺的重要力量。农民工进城对整个社会的发展带来一系列的影响,仅就农民工进城所引发的社区冲突进行分析研究,探求解决冲突的方案,以促进社区发展,进而促进整个社会的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | With the economic development of China, Chinese urbanization process is unavoidably accelerated. From 1980s, the peasant workers have swarmed into cities and become one of the indispensable powers for the city construction and public life. Meanwhile, these peasant workers also bring on a series of negative influence for the whole society. The paper mainly analyses the conflicts of urban community caused by peasant workers and tries to seek the solutions to guarantee the development of urban communities, and furthermore, promote the sustainable development of the whole society. |
