摘    要:本文以2019年广东省86所高职院校的质量报告为研究对象,对高职院校教师队伍建设的结构现状与建设措施进行了统计分析。并建议在紧扣职业教育教学需求的基础上,出台职业院校高层次人才认定、引进、培养、储备与使用制度;借鉴中小学教师培训的成功经验,加强教师培训支撑体系尤其是省级职业院校教师发展中心的建设;将民办高职院校教师的发展纳入省统筹支持的范围,解决民办院校教师队伍建设难题。

Abstract:Taking the quality reports of 86 higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province in 2019 as the research object,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the structural present situation and construction measures of the construction of the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges,and suggests that on the basis of closely meeting the teaching needs of vocational education,the system of identifying,introducing,training,reserving and using high-level talents in vocational colleges is introduced,and the successful experience of teacher training in primary and middle schools is used for reference to strengthen the support system of teacher training,especially the construction of teacher development center in provincial vocational colleges The development of teachers in private higher vocational colleges should be brought into the scope of provincial overall planning support to solve the problem of the construction of teachers in private higher vocational colleges.
