| 摘 要： | 文章基于对西部四省妇女人力资源状况实地调查基础上 ,阐述了西部妇女人力资源开发的内涵 ,分析了西部妇女人力资源的现状、开发西部妇女人力资源的必要性和可行性 ,以及机制上和政策上存在的难题 ,并提出开发的机制、任务和组织措施。
