| 摘 要： | 我国的能源使用效率处于世界落后状态，广袤的国度，造成的无功无为浪费是惊人的。节能是我国当前社会的突出问题，体现科学管理的“行为节能”是节能方式的重要组成部分。据粗略统计，在高校有7％的能源是人为浪费了。利用“行为节能”管理方式节约能源，使节能从有意识行为上升到“下意识行为”时，校园乃至社会的科学发展也必将提高到一个崭新的台阶。

| Abstract: | China＇s energy efficiency is in a backward state of the world, and the degree of wasting is surprising. Energy conservation is the prominent problem in China. Energy - saving behavior as a scientific management is an important component of energy - efficient way, according to rough statistics, in colleges and universities, 7% of its energy is man- made waste. Using energy conservation management,the campus and the scientific development of the community will be raised to a new level. |
