| 摘 要： | 目前对创新能力的研究侧重于企业层面和国家层面,对产业自主创新能力研究很少。中国石化产业自主创新能力不强。运用主成分分析方法测评29个产业的自主创新能力,石油化工产业在29个产业中位居第15位,聚类分析属于第五类。石化产业应找出制约石油产业组织创新发展的原因,制定提高自主创新能力的对策。

| Abstract: | Current technological innovation research has laid much more focus on enterprise technological innovation and national innovation system than on industry self-directed innovative capability,which is poor in petrochemical industry.The method of Principal Component Analysis is used to evaluate the self-directed innovative capability of 29 industries,among which petrochemical industry is ranked the 15th.Petrochemical industry is supposed to find out the causes that restrict the development of innovative capability of petroleum industry structure and work out the countermeasures to improve self-directed innovative capability. |
