| 摘 要： | 民众评价活动通过众多个体评价活动的"无机方式"体现出来,具有盲目性。这就为民众领袖和权威机构对民众评价活动的误导提供了可能。由此引出民众评价活动中的"悖论"问题。言论自由是解决"悖论"的重要途径。
