微博活力根系推动社会生态文明建设

On Eco-Civilization Construction Through Active Root System of Microblog

Faced with lots of difficulties in eco-civilization construction,Chinese government makes great efforts to promote the reform of system and mechanism which aims to punish and prevent actions of ecological destruction.Although some actions have been taken,the results are not satisfactory.Apart from the problems of system and mechanism,the lack of effective public participation and scrutiny is also one of the reasons.The rapid popularization of microblog,which serves as a platform for construction of social democracy,a clean government,culture,ideology and eco-civilization,can make common people the main body of eco-civilization construction and the participants of public scrutiny.As Canadian newspaper put,the microblog in China has turned from a social communication medium to a public scrutiny tool.Eco-civilization construction through the active root system of microblog has become a part of legal system construction of the society.
