| 摘 要： | 将化工类人才培养模式与中小企业对人才的需求口径相结合,探索新升格本科院校化工类人才的培养模式.该模式以培养面向中小企业人才为目标,在满足教育部专业规范的基础上,围绕面向中小企业人才的知识、能力和素质需求,调整化工专业的培养目标,重新构建课程体系,改革教学形式,加强师资队伍建设,逐步形成面向中小企业的人才培养模式.

| Abstract: | A new chemical engineering talents cultivation mode, combined the general cultivation mode with the quality need for small-medium enterprises, is explored for newly upgraded university. Based on the specialty regularization of Ministry of Education ,the new mode focuses on the cultivation of talents＇ knowledge, capability and quality which are needed for small-medium enterprises. The new talent cultivation mode is formed by adjust the cultivation aim, rebuilt the curriculum system, reform the teaching mode, strengthen the construction of teacher team. |
