摘    要:借用西方企业竞争战略的分析工具——顾客矩阵 ,探讨了中国企业实现可持续竞争优势的策略选择 ,即构造自己的顾客矩阵 ,并阐述了构造顾客矩阵的基本步骤和方法。

Abstract:With the development of market economy, the Chinese enterprises will face increasingly keener market competition. This thesis has employed the analysis tool of competitiveness in occidental countries, customer matrix, for discussing the determination of strategy in the Chinese enterprises in order to acquire continued competitive superiority. It suggests that the realization of an enterprise's competitiveness calls for the construction of its customer matrix, and the basic ways for the construction are also offered.
