摘    要:基于2013年安徽省残疾人的问卷调查数据,运用Logistic回归模型,从个体特征因素、残疾人就业政策和相关认知因素等方面分析残疾人就业的影响因素.研究结果发现,年龄、受教育年限、生活自理情况、劳动能力情况等个体特征因素对残疾人就业具有正向显著性影响;享有就业扶助政策情况、对就业保障金了解度以及对残疾人就业工作的满意度等反映残疾人对残疾人工作认知的指标对就业也具有显著性影响.因此,进一步健全残疾人就业保障政策体系、加强残疾人教育与培训工作、贯彻落实残疾人就业服务政策以及加强残疾人便利服务设施建设等,以促进残疾人就业.

Abstract:Based on the data obtained from the sample survey of the people with disabilities of Anhui Province in 2013, this paper analyses the individual characteristics of the disabled, employment policy and relative cognitive factors with logistic regression model. The results show that such individual characteristics as age, education years, abilities of life self care, labor capacity and so on, have remarkable effects on the employment of the disabled; and that the situation of enjoying employment policy support, the comprehension of employment security fund and satisfaction of the employment policy also have significant effects on their employment. Therefore, it is necessary to perfect the system of disabled employment guarantee policy, to enforce the education and training of the disabled, to implement employment service and policy for the disabled and to reinforce the construction of convenient service facilities as well.
