| 摘 要： | 通过分析中小企业板块募集资金使用情况信息披露的现状和在减少资本市场信息不对称上的作用。针对逆向选择所导致的融资难问题，提出一种新的信号传递方式：优质中小板企业能够通过控制募集资金使用情况信息披露的水平，把自己和劣质企业区分开来，从而降低资本市场的信息不对称程度，解决由逆向选择所带来的融资难问题。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the current information disclosure related to the raised fund usage on SMEs board and its influence on alleviating the information asymmetry of capital market.To solve the financing difficulty brought by adverse selection,we propose a new signal-sending model: The quality SMEs will be able to distinguish themselves from its inferior counterpart by controlling the level of the information disclosure of the raised fund usage so that the information asymmetry of capital market will be alleviated and the financing difficulties can be solved. |
