| Abstract: | Cultivating college students as reserve talents for the Party is reasonable from historical perspective,and is in line with the demand of cadre development for the Party in the new era.It is a scientific method realizing sustainable development of Party cadre talents,and also is a positive innovation in deepening the reform of talent cultivation model and servicing social development and local economy. |
