| 摘 要： | 人才是促使国家机器运转的核心动力之一,在以争霸称雄为主旋律的春秋战国时代, 人才的向背对各国的荣辱兴衰更具有毋庸置疑的决定性影响.秦通过长期大胆地引进、重用异国人才,扭转了本土人才匮乏的不利局势,使天下人才济济于秦.史实证明,异国人才是成就秦国兴起、发展以至统一天下的重要因素.通过研究异国人才对秦国的贡献,我们可以从一个全新的视角认识秦国的政治改革、军事强盛、经济繁荣和文化发达;也有助于更深刻地了解春秋战国的时代特征.

| Abstract: | Foreign talented person is an important factor for Qin State's rising,development and uniting. This thesis is about foreign talented person's contribution to Qin State.During Spring and Autumn Period,they assisted the king of Qin State become despot in the West China.During Warring States Period,many foreign talented persons made the tremendous contribution in uniting the significant element of domination.Through studing foreign talented persons' contribution to Qin State,we can understand the Qin state's developing in politics,economy,military and culture exactly. |
