| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法,分析了湖南省体育场地资源配置现状与发展途径.研究表明:充分协调和发展体育场地资源优势,有利于和谐社会的构建和全民健身运动的开展.在发展中,必需遵循政府投入与市场运作协调配置,公平优先与资源共享协调发展,以及完善制度建设与法律保障相结合的基本原则.
