我国西部农村妇女人力资源开发的现状与可持续发展的对策

文章从社会性别分析的视角出发,论述了可持续发展与我国西部人力资源开发的关系、我国西部农村妇女人力资源开发的意义、现状、存在的问题,并在此基础上提出从观念和资金投入上、从提高文化素质和关心“留守妇女”的心理健康等方面进一步开发我国西部农村妇女人力资源的具体对策。

The Present Situation of Women''''s Human Resources in China Western Countries and the Measures on Sustainable Development

This article discusses,from the perspective of gender analysis,the relationship between sustainable development and the exploitation of human resources in China's western region,and the significance,present situation and existing problems in the development of the female rural labor force in the western region.Based on the above analysis,various concrete measures covering(people's) mindset,financial input,the raising of cultural quality of local people and the maintaining of psychological health of "females left behind to look after the family" are suggested in tapping the female labor resources in China's western region.
