关于建设和谐社会与经济增长速度之间关系的思考

经济增长是一切社会因素进步发展的一般性物质基础,而和谐社会又是经济快速增长的环境条件。但是,和谐社会建设与经济增长速度没有必然直接的联系,而是通过社会分配环节相互影响。和谐社会建设与经济的分配方式直接相关,而经济分配方式又与经济增长速度是辨证统一的,经济增长通过社会分配方式作用于和谐社会建设。社会经济转型后期利益竞争使经济增长的同时导致中国社会阶层分化,利益差距扩大。要使经济增长的成果为绝大多数人所享有,化解利益冲突和社会矛盾,必须通过社会分配使经济增长服务于和谐社会的建设发展目标。

On building a harmonious society and rate of economic growth

Economic growth is the basic material foundation of all social development while a harmonious society provides the environment for rapid economic growth.However,there is not a direct relationship between the two aspects.Instead,they influence each other through social distribution.In the later transitional period of society,interest competition led to the division of social classes and the distance between them at the same time of promoting economic growth.In order to resolve contradictions and benefit the majority of society,it is necessary to make economic growth serve the objective of harmonious social development through social distribution.
