Independent Institute Young Teachers Team Construction Research Based on the Iceberg Model

The independent college teachers as a young team of teachers in the independent colleges is an impor-tant component of the young teachers’quality obviously related to the education of the independent college level and in the long run.To ensure the independent college in incentive competition continues to survival and development,we must attach importance to the construction of young teachers.This article will from the perspec-tive of human resource management,combined with the construction of the iceberg model to explore how effec-tively in the new period the independent institute of the construction of the young teachers.
