| 摘 要： | 针对国家存立的犯罪,是大陆法系国家学者依据法益理论对危害国家之存在安全的犯罪所作的归纳,它与中国现行刑法分则中危害国家安全罪在外延上有很大的重合性。因此,对大陆法系国家对这类犯罪的刑法立法进行深入研究,对于完善我国刑法的相关内容具有积极的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Crime directed against national security, as defined by experts from Continental law system nations, is the induction of all the crimes threatening the national security and existence. It is overlapping with the crime detrimental to national security in Chinese existing criminal law in denotation. Hence, further study on criminal legislation against crimes of this type in those continental law system nations, has an actively referential significance on the perfection of corresponding part in our criminal law. |
