Study on the Difference of Criterions between Female and Male in Choosing Spouse

This article analyzes the criterio ns of both male and female in choosing spouse based on th e study of the love -seeking advertisements on the magazine Fema le Friends during the year1989-1999.The analysis shows that t here is great difference between female and male in their criterions of choosing spouse.Compared with male,female pay more a ttention to their ideal spouse' s economic condition,profession,l iving area and other aspects.While male pay more attention to their ideal spouse' s appearance,personality and other a spects.Their criterion of choosing a wife is to choose a traditi onal good wife and a loving mother.
