英语会话语块的语用研究与口语教学

摘    要:基于计算机的现代英语语料库对词语使用频率的研究表明:会话语块在人们日常口头交际中使用的频率非常高,是语言的重要组成部分,外语学习者对会话语块掌握的多少在很大程度上可以检验其语言交际能力的强弱。然而,对会话语块的语用研究和教学并没有引起国内外语界的足够重视。笔者主要从语用学的视角着重对会话语块的概念、分类、语用功能理论、教学理念及方法进行了探讨。

Abstract:Studies on the frequency of vocabulary and expressions demonstrated that conversational routines are frequently used in component of the language. It is generally believed that, to a great mand of conversational routines determines his/her communicative through computer-based English corpora have everyday conversations and are an important extent, for a learner of English, his/her com- competence in the language. However, in the Chinese context of TEFL, little attention has been paid to the research into the pragmatic functions of conversational routines. Mainly from the perspective of pragmatics, this paper focuses on four aspects of conversational routines, namely its definition and classification, the theory of its pragmatic functions, and its implications in the EFL classroom, in the hope that this research will contribute to TEFL in China.
