| 摘 要： | 一些不确定事件的发生致使企业或供应链的物流不畅、物流费用增加甚至中断，给企业造成很大的经济损失。分析非常规物流事件，并对各种影响社会和企业的非常规物流事件进行分类，举出事例，提出用风险管理的方法去处理各类物流非常规事件。

| Abstract: | Some indefinite event occurrences cause for enterprise or supply chains logistics jam,increase of logistics expense and even stop of logistics,which leads to big economic loss.Irregular logistics was analyzed. Irregular logistic events that influence society and enterprises were classified.Instances were given and the risk management method was proposed to handles each non-conventional event. |
