| 摘 要： | 提高理工科学生的综合素质是当代社会对当代大学生的要求,是国家充满活力、竞争力的关键,更是理工科院校的高等教育改革的目标。理工科院校力求通过各种途径和方法,实现学生综合素质培养目标。笔者在多年的教育教学实践中,探索发现了一系列培养学生综合素质的有效方法和手段,值得研讨。
