| 摘 要： | 本文对荆州地区农村中小学体育管理的现状进行了问卷调查，结果表明：荆州地区农村中小学体育管理的现状出现两级分化的局面，地区差异性较大。一方面，大多数学校体育管理的组织领导体制是健全的，亦能行使其职能，各项体育常规管理工作也基本上能落实；但另一方面，还有相当一部分学校体育管理工作处于无序状态，学校的各项体育工作带有较大的盲目性和随意性。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we investigated the present condition about physical educational administration of rural area schools of Jingzhou prefecture. We obtained following results:the physical educational administration of rural area schools of Jingzhou was disequilibrium among different schools,and in most schools the physical educational administration system of organization is perfeeted and it could exercise its function of administration, but in some of schools the administration systom is poor compared to the former. |
