| Abstract: | As a reform of the management system of universities and colleges, combination of institutions of higher learning is one of the most rigorous approaches with obvious effect. However, some problems appearing in combination warrant careful consideration. The author presents six problems haunting the process of this reform in order to overcome resultant instability and make a good start for the development of colleges and universities. |
