| 摘 要： | 为解决当代自然生态和社会生态的严重失调,必须创建制度伦理学。制度伦理学研究就是探讨制度和制度化的权力生成与运作的道德机制为社会制度实践提供道德目的、价值导向系统、行动原则和实践规范体系。

| Abstract: | System ethics must be established to change the present imbalance of the natural ecology and that of the social ecology.As its basic task,the growing and working morals mechanism of systems & systematical authority must be inquired.As its fundamental goal,systems of morals purpose & value guidance,and that of action principle & practice norm must be constructed. |
