| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育人才培养体系正按照学术型人才培养和应用型人才培养的框架构建。本文采用CSE评价模式,就应用型人才能力要求、能力培养方案制订、能力形成的培养环节以及能力总结性评价进行研究探讨,以期达到提高应用型本科人才能力培养质量的目的。

| Abstract: | The talents training pattern of higher education is constructed according to the frame of academic talents training and applied talents training. Using CSE evaluating pattern,the authors discuss the applied talents' ability demand, the ability training plan,the link of forming ability and the summarizing evaluation of ability so as to improve applied talents' ability. |
