新型城镇化与区域经济协调发展研究

新型城镇化和区域协调发展是我国社会主义现代化建设的全局和全面建成小康社会的关键,以新型城镇化引领区域协调发展是我国现代化进程的必由之路。通过建立城镇化与经济发展水平综合评价指标体系,利用因子分析法和协调度模型,对辽宁省城镇化与经济发展之间的协调度进行测算,并对其时间和空间特征进行分析,指出辽宁省城镇化与经济发展经历的两个明显的阶段以及辽宁省城镇化与经济发展协调度表现出的显著地区差异。

Research on coordinated development between new urbanization and regional economy:a case of Liaoning Province

New urbanization and regional coordinated development is the key of overall construction of socialist modernization and building fully well-off society. Taking the new urbanization as the lead to coordinated regional development is the only way for the process of modernization in China. Through the establishment of comprehensive evaluation of urbanization and economic development level indicator system, using the factor analysis method and coordination degree model, the coordination degree between urbanization and economic development in Liaoning Province is calculated. The time and spatial characteristics of them is analyzed. The results show that the urbanization and economic development in Liaoning have experienced two distinct stages and that there are sharp regional differences among the coordination degree between urbanization and economic development in Liaoning Province.
