民族地区农村大学生就业竞争力影响因素分析

近年来,农村大学生在校人数增长迅速,其就业问题也就成为社会和高校关注的重点问题。以民族地区广西民族大学农村大学生为调查对象,通过问卷调查获取第一手资料数据,利用结构方程模型及AMOS软件建立SEM模型,分别从个体因素、学校因素、家庭因素三个方面探讨其对就业竞争力的影响程度,指出家庭因素与个人因素对农村大学生就业竞争力的影响程度较大,而学校因素对农村大学生就业竞争力的影响也同样不可忽视。研究旨在为农村大学生做好职业规划,找到合适的工作岗位提供参考和借鉴。

Analysis on influencing factors of employment competitiveness of college student from rural ethnic minority areas

In recent years, the number of students from rural areas in school has grown rapidly, and the employment of them has become the focus that society and colleges concerned. Taking the students of ethnic minority from rural areas in Guangxi University for Nationalities as the sample, the first hand data are acquired through questionnaire survey. A SEM model is established by using structural equation model and AMOS software. The influence degrees of employment competitiveness are discussed respectively from three aspects, i. e., personnel factor, family factor, and school factor. It is proposed that the influence degree of employment competitiveness from family factor and individual factor are great, but the influence degree of employment competitiveness from school factor also can not be ignored. The objective of the research is to provide reference for the students from minority areas doing occupation planning well, and find a suitable job.
