| 摘 要： | 随着全球网络经济的进一步发展,网络金融也会日益全球化.电子货币的出现不仅对电子商务的发展意义重大,而且直接或间接地影响到了现有金融理论体系.电子货币的跨国发行与使用,网络银行的跨国经营将更为普遍,竞争更为激烈,对货币理论,进而对各国货币政策将会产生更为深远的影响.
