中国物权法的起草

文章对我国改革开放以来调整民事关系的法律法规进行了述评， 指出了我国现行有关物权法律法规的缺陷，介绍了我国物权法的起草经过和两个学者建议稿 (即社科院和人民大学的草案)、人大法工委民法室的草案以及人大法工委的征求意见稿的基 本内容，并详细分析了各自的特点，指出我国物权法的起草在若干重要问题上还存在分歧。

Drafting of Law of Real Rights of China

This article comments on laws and regulations that have b een made since China's reforms and opening up. The author also points out some o f the flaws of these laws and regulations concerning real rights over things in force. Then the process of drafting of the Law of Real Rights and two scholars' suggested versions -one by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the other, Renmin University of China, and some major contents of the draft made by the Civil Law Office of the NPC's Commission of Legislative Affairs and of the draft of soliciting comments by the NPC's Commission of Legislative Affairs are introduced, and the characteristics is also given in detail for each of them, and in th e end the author points out the great differences on some important problems in drafting Law of Real Rights of China.
