| 摘 要： | 由于农业文明和工业文明两种经济形态并存，经济水平的不平衡，发展机会的不平等，导致人口老龄化的非均衡现象。计划老龄是从非均衡的老龄化现象中派生而来的一种老龄观念和对策，其追求的最高目标，就是在人口老龄化与人类的生理机能、生存环境、社会功能、意识形态等方面，寻找一种相对稳定的均衡，创造一个可以推动社会持续发展的老龄生态。

| Abstract: | Due to coexistence of two economic forms-agricultural and industrial civilizations, the disequilibrium of economic level and inequality of developing chances result in unbalanced phenomena of the population ageing. The planned ageing is an idea and a countermeasure derived from the unbalanced ageing phenomena to seek a relatively stable equilibrium and create an ageing ecology of promoting society developing sustainable in the aspects of the population ageing, physiological function, survival environment, social function and ideology and so forth. |
