| 摘 要： | 在建立市场经济体制的过程中,政府的干预有积极因素和消极因素。在市场机制不健全的情况下,政府干预的存在是可能而且是必要的。发展中国家应充分发挥"看不见的手"和"看得见的手"的双重作用,形成全面协调的双手机制,以促进市场经济持续稳定的发展。

| Abstract: | The governmental intervention exerts both positive and negative influence on the market economy. In an unsound market system, the governmental intervention is possible and indispensable. Therefore, it is of great significance for the developing countries to give full scope to both the market regulation and the governmental intervention in order to promote sustained and stable growth of the market economy. |
