| Abstract: | Building a well-off society in an all-round way is the goal which the 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China sets to struggle for in the coming twenty years. It means making progress and development in economy,politics,civilization and ecological environment. Building a well-off society in an all-round way is not only characteristic stage which modern building of China is bound to experience, but also the foundation project for the great revival of the Chinese People. |
