大学生心理素质现状调查

采用自编大学生心理素质量表作为测量工具,在全国范围内对随机抽取的在校本科大学生进行调查,结果为:大学生心理素质处于中等偏上水平,其中心理动力素质较好,人际管理素质和职业能力素质较弱;男生的心理素质状况优于女生;重点大学的学生心理素质状况略优于普通大学的学生;一、四年级大学生的心理素质优于二、三年级大学生的心理素质;艺术类大学生的心理素质状况最好,体育类和理工科类大学生的心理素质状况居中,文科类大学生的心理素质水平较低。

A study of college students' mental quality

In this paper,5000 college students have been chosen for a questionnaire-based research for the purpose of analyzing the mental quality of college students.The mental quality inventory of college students is applied as the tool of measurement.The results show:(a) Students' mental quality is slightly above the average level.Among them,the quality of psychological dynamic is satisfied while those of interpersonal management and of professional ability are of the lowest;(b) Male students have better mental qualities than female students;(c) Students from the key universities have better mental qualities than students of the average universities;(d) Students in grades 1 and 4 have better mental qualities than those in grades 2 and 3;(e) Students majoring in arts have better mental quality than students of other subjects.
