经济管理人才与民族地区经济可持续发展

摘    要:在影响民族地区经济可持续发展的诸因素中,人才问题无疑是关键性因素。当前,民族地区的经济管理人才与当地发展需求之间存在着相当的差距。加快民族地区经济管理人才的培养力度,建立完善的经济管理人才评价和使用机制,对于促进民族地区经济的可持续发展具有重要作用。

Abstract:The issue of talented personnel is the key factor that greatly affects the sustainable economic development in the ethnic areas.A considerable gap exists between the cultivation of the economic management talented personnel in the ethnic areas and the demand of the present time.Strengthening the cultivation of the contingent of economic management talented personnel in the ethnic areas and perfecting the evaluation system and employment mechanism of those talents will be of great significance for the sustainable development of the ethnic areas.
