当前所有制研究中存在的问题

改革以来,我国的所有制结构已发生巨大变化,而且这种变化仍在继续,相应地,在所有制理论上已有较大突破.但对所有制的研究还存在着各种问题,如对公有制概念的模糊、缺乏定量分析等,从而缺乏可操作性、缺乏对决定所有制及其结构变动规律性的研究、对手段与目的的关系不清、对不同所有制效率缺乏深入研究、对消灭私有制与发展私有制的关系不清等,这些问题的存在增大了改革的风险.

The Existing Problems in the Current Research of System of Ownership

Since the reform,tremendous changes have taken place in the structure of ownership in our country,and these changes are still continuing.Correspondingly,our theory about the ownership structure has registered great breakthrough.But,there are still some problems in our research of ownership structure such as vagueness about the concept of public ownership system,lack of quantitative analysis to the structure,lack of research of the law governing the system of ownership and its structure,unclearness about the relationship between method and objective,lack of in-depth research into the efficiency of various ownership systems, vagueness about the relationship between the elimination of private ownership and the development of this ownership.The existence of these questions may increase risks in our economic reform.
