| 摘 要： | 北魏保太后常氏在扶植拓跋濬即位后,对拓跋濬由保护变为控制,权倾内外,形成了常氏集团。常氏解决了太武帝后期因太子监国、儒佛之争而引起的皇权分化及教化传统选择的遗留问题,她是促成北魏由武功时代过渡到文治时代的关键性人物;但由常氏干政起开了北魏皇太后临朝听政的新传统,从此造成后权对皇权的分张。
