| 摘 要： | 天启元年(1621年),明朝因辽东战事紧急,起用罢职的熊廷弼为经略。廷弼举包括知县佟卜年在内的数人,明廷遂擢卜年为登莱监军道,用以招抚辽人。然此时明朝内部党争激烈,排熊者以卜年与投靠建州之佟养性同族而攻廷弼,迫解卜年任。二年(1622年),卜年被罗织罪名投入囹圄,后虽审无"通逆"实据,仍系于牢狱。五年(1625年),廷弼因失广宁而弃命,旬日后卜年亦被处死,成为党争的牺牲品。由此可知,明末党争摧抑人才,丧失人心。
