| Abstract: | On the basis of expounding the functions and related cases of Classification societies,this paper analysed the newest development of civil,administrative and criminal liability of classification societies,and drew a conclusion that the liability of the societies is becoming more and more definite.It finally discussed the limitation of liability for classification societies. |
