中国共产党"党报模式"的初始发展

《解放日报》于1942年进行了改版,它确立的“党报模式”成为党报发展的原则和基础;将它放到“中国革命”发生、发展的历史情境中进行再梳理,在说明其形成必然性的基础上,逻辑地勾勒出其内在特点。这样的梳理和回顾对处在由“革命党”向“执政党”转变情境下的党报发展具有历史借鉴意义。历时地描述了中国共产党把握“中国革命”特点、创立新民主主义理论,并为此开展“整风运动”的过程;指出《解放日报》改版是顺应整风逻辑改革的结果,从而形成了党报的基本特点,进而党报以“党性”为基点、在着眼于宣传的基础上发挥指导功能;并在实践中形成了党报的指导原则———全党办报、真实性原则和典型性原则,摸索出通讯员队伍建设的好方法。

On the Initial Development of CCP "Party Newaspaper Model"

In 1942,the "Liberation Daily" engaged in the amendment,its established "Party newspaper model" becom the principle and foundation of the development of Party newspaper.This article puts the amendment in historic situation in the development of Chinese Revolution to comb again,and then logically outlines its characteristics on the basis of explaining the necessary of its formation.The comb and the review play a historic referential role in the development of Party newspaper in the transformation background forom the revolutionary party to the party in power.This article describes the characteristics of the Chinese Communist Party guiding the Chinese revolution,the establishment of new democracy ideology,and the process of "Rectification Movement".Moreover,it points out that the amendment of "Liberation daily" conformed to the logical reform result of the rectification,thus formed the basic characteristics of Party newspaper.Then,according to the "party spirit",the Party newspaper exerted the guiding function on the basis of the popularity,and shaped the guiding rules of Party newspaper in practice,in other words,press by the party,factual principle and type principle,and tried to find a better way of cultivating the reporters.
